I can personally vouch for the beauty of this home. HUGE open floor plan, killer kitchen, and cool people to room with, if Javi and company are still there. It's a 10 minute drive from the strip, and there's a descent casino within 2 minutes. I felt like a freaking movie star staying there.

Yep, to piggyback on Shea's comment....this is not just some house. This place is gorgeous. You won't want to leave to come back to your shack in Ohio LOL. And there's a pool and hot tub - bonus! Just watch out for his cat...you might find him in the bathroom with a video camera while you're showering....dirty freakin cat....

Scott, as the time draws closer, we can talk more about it.

I am trying to pick up around 10 more homes before that time for the sole purpose of renting them out....so I will keep everyone informed as this unfolds.
